Born and raised in the pacific northwest Daniel spent his childhood living off grid near the canadian border. During the summer of 1994 his family hand felled and processed the logs and lumber for their log home and out buildings. Growing up in the mountains he learned the value of conservation and safe work ethics. In the spring of 2009 Daniel took his passion for trees and nature and started Daniel's Tree Service. Committed to not being just another tree service he persued a professional approach to tree knowledge (arboriculture) and received his arborist certification in the spring of 2011. Along with this he and his crew attend and compete in several tree climbing competitions each year, keep current on CPR and FIRST AID, utilize up to date climbing techniques and non invasive rigging practices. Daniel's Tree Service has also invested in turf damage mitigation: ground mats(not plywood) and tracked loaders to minimize turf damage.
